Purchasing Terms and Conditions
a. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell products described on the Website or to make such products available in your area. AgoTristán reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in AgoTristán´s sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit has been charged.
b. Prices
The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S.dollars. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, AgoTristán has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AgoTristán will issue a credit card to your credit card account.
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
c. Product Pricing Disclaimer
The prices displayed on our Website may differ from prices that are available with our stockists and also from the ones listed in our physical Store located in Centro Comercial Distrito 4, Guachipelín, Escazú, next to Starbucks; San José, Costa Rica.
Further the prices displayed in our catalogues are quotes which may vary from country to country for the same product.

d. Errors and Inaccuracies
AgoTristán strives to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on the Website. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, human or technological errors may occur. The Website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. AgoTristán reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice.
e. Credit Card Payment Only
Payments should be done by credit card only.
AgoTristán accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, email and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay or in some cases prevent the processing of your order.
Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit limit, the order is automatically cancelled.
You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to AgoTristán, we will not be liable for any delay or non- delivery.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, from 10: 00 AM to 6:00 PM. Costa Rica is on a schedule according to GMT- 6 hours.
Orders will be processed within 36 hours of receipt.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
f. Taxes
All of our prices include sales tax.
g. Commercial Invoice
The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time the purchase has been authorized.
Please see the importance of registering the complete information of the Customer (full name, ID card number, telephone number and email).

h. Order Delivery
Orders are ACCEPTED ONLY within Costa Rica. (coming soon! Worldwide)
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends.
Options for Order Delivery/ Opciones para la Entrega:
1. Pick-up in Store located in Centro Comercial Distrito 4, Guachipelín, Escazú, contiguo a Starbucks Café / Retiro en tienda física ubicada en el Centro Comercial Distrito 4, Guachipelín, Escazú
All packages require a signature upon delivery.
2. Private delivery within GAM/ Entrega personalizada dentro de la GAM; deliveries ONLY Monday, Wednesday & Friday

3. Orders to be delivered outside the GAM will follow the company Correos de Costa Rica established procedure. AgoTristán assumes NO responsibility for delivery by Correos de Costa Rica or another shipping company. The Customer will assume the responsibility upon proper delivery.

i. Refunds & Returns
Any item purchased on our Website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
The defective and/or damaged goods received shall be communicated to AgoTristán after 48 hours of its receipt.
Used merchandise cannot be returned, unless found defective within 7 days of receiving your order.
Before returning the piece contact us at info@agotristan.com with the commercial invoice number and the reason of the return.
AgoTristán does not offer cash refunds.
In the Customer does not find a product to their liking, a Credit Note will be issued for the corresponding amount, which can be used for future purchases.
j. Cancellations
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. There will be no charge for the transaction. Orders cannot be canceled after more than 24 hours.
The successful conclusion of a purchase on our site does not imply acceptance of the transaction or order. This will be confirmed via email once the respective charge is approved, the funds have been transferred to our account.
k. Care
Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your AgoTristán jewelry.
Periodic examination of clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit is recommended. Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean.
Always put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.
When it is not being worn, always store your jewelry in its original case. If this is impractical, use a suitably lined box or protective pouch. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and bracelets should always be stored flat.
Exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing sulfur, may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly. There are a number of non- abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to remove tarnish. Always read the warning label and take care using polishes on jewelry.

Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair.
